Did I miss

Good evening
Gerry Lammerding called today to mention that there was no blog last night.  I just checked and I wrote one called short and sweet, not sure where it went.

I'm working on a Livermore home that is 111 years old right now, not an easy one but then who wants easy.

Last night was short, finally made it to bed at 11:45 and woke at 5:17.  I'm feeling it now, sort of brain dead, not great for writing appraisals with values of half a million dollars!  This morning I was in Walnut Creek, a trip of about an hour, at 8 am, then it was off to Pittsburg.  That stop turned out differently!  When I went to use the lockbox it was not there.  I called the agent who insisted it was there, so sure he was that he drove right over, then he discovered that someone stole the lockbox cutting it off and breaking it open, then opened the front door and went into steal the frig.  Of course the front door was open, unlocked and waiting.  Not the best part of town but this was a first.

I picked up Keanna at 12:45 and she asked if she could go on a play / study date with her friend Summer.  Summer lives just across the lake from my house so it was no problem.  Later she called to request popcorn and water.  I delivered both to her.  She was very happy which was nice for her.

Tomorrow morning I travel to Morgan Hill, a 1.5 hour trip for a 10 am appointment. Then back for a driveby and a review and home to work writing up reports.  Am I tired?  Well yes I am and I'm not sure how long I can hold out tonight.  I am supposed to have 2 more reports out tonight but that may not happen.

Sending love to all,

Tim

Short and sweet

In comparison with the long day this will have to be short and sweet.

This has been a productive day of getting orders in, getting them set up, going to Hayward to see a place at 6:10 and now I'm home and its written and emailed to the lender.

There is so much to do, I'm overwhelmed in every way but right now I need a few hours of sleep.  Have to leave at 6:30 for Walnut Creek at 8 am and then back to Pittsburg at 10 and then pick up her highest, Keanna at 12:45.  That will be fun.

Today I applied for Kaiser, fingers crossed I'm hoping that if this is God's idea I'll get accepted and can begin to get a more comprehensive medical care for $500 less per month.

Sending love to all, please keep praying for people with special needs right now.
