The tree comes down...

Dear Family and Friends,
Tonight the christmas tree is no more. After the tree had served for over 3 months a friend came by tonight and helped me undecorate. The lights and cute little decorations are sealed away in a box for another year, the tree is outdoors where it belongs and the family room really looks nice once again. The animals don't quite know what to make out of the empty room and the absence of the tree. They lived under it, played with the boughs and in general claimed the tree.
Sounds like Roger and Carol might have found the help they need, that would be so nice as they could travel and enjoy life a bit more than now. I so hope it works out well for them. Yes their comments about Bob and Carrol are right on, they do continue to look very well and have an active life.
I enjoyed a bit of church life today and especially liked talking to Wes and Nanette. She is recovering from surgery on her foot and getting better day by day, slower than she would like.
Another check came in the mail today and tomorrow, Sunday is a huge workday for me. I am looking forward to making appraisal pages fly.
I'm really late in getting this written, been relaxing in the clean family room, felt so nice. Even had a fire earlier which was enjoyable too.
I'm hoping for a good new week and I hope you have one too. These are challenging times for many of us financially. We need to hold on to each other and watch out for each other right now.

Sending love and thanks for the calls, emails, messages to the blog. You all are great!

love

tim

Hi Tim,

Good news the Tree is put away and the memories of a "Not So Good" time can dim a bit more.

Tomorrow I'm going on the "Fun Bus" with the Seniors from the Center to Jackson for some Game time and Lunch on the House. Carrol will Sleep in. She is not the "Player" that I am and I guess that is good, only spend 1/2 the money that way.

Great news for Roger & Carol, We Pray that this will be the answer that they have been seeking for so long.

Comunity Concert tomorrow evening at Hutchens Street Square here in Lodi. The Group is called "Saxophobeia" Lots of different Sax's, Supposed to be very entertaining.

Glad that You got aquainted with My Service People at Lodi Honda, I'm sure they will treat You right, they have been very good to Us. We are coming up on 3 Years with the Odyssey(October 5th)and could not ask for better Dealer follow up and Service in general.

Have a good week coming up and stay safe on the roads.

Love You,

Bob & Carrol.

Hi Tim,

Way past time for bed, but there are those little details that must be taken care of.

GOOD NEWS!!! We do have help now!!! The young couple has agreed to come and work for us. They are not everything we would like, but they are teachable. The biggest hurdle is what to do with the baby while cleaning cottages. It seems he is used to being held most of the time. She will have to work it out. She thinks it is manageable. They will be taking Roger's truck and renting a U-Haul trailer ~ hopefully being back by the end of the week.

I certainly don't like daylight saving time. Here it is 11:30 p.m. and I have to get up at 6:30 a.m. I will adjust eventually.

Have a great week.

Love ~ Carol
