Dear Family and Friends,
While many were sweltering in 100+ degree heat we shivered a bit in the 65 degree temperature at Timothy's party. Jason and Jo had set up several pools and water oriented play areas and the kids all had a great time getting wet, splashing and shivering a bit too. Parents were quick with the warm towels and hugs. It was a great event and so fun. Jason and Jo had carefully planned everything and even ordered sunny weather but the order got lost so we had cool instead. For those of us from warmer climes it was very refreshing to enjoy a time of cool foggy breezes. I've included a few photos that sort of capture the day. Timothy received lots of very nice presents, clothes, books, toys and from pappa a little piano but the think he seemed to like most from me was a card that played music. Every time he opened it he began to dance, it was so cute. What a great group of people came to celebrate this milestone in Timothy's life. You can catch the flavor through the photos.
It was very special for me to have the family playing together. Timothy is such a kind little guy and Kallie and Keanna enjoyed playing with his toys and with him. We even tried another Pappa and kidos photo shoot but now came out perfectly, oh well.
I am so glad I got invited to join in this happy event. Timothy is one special little person. Of special note, check out Jason and Jo in the background of one of the photos, they were tired after a non stop day of fun.
Now we are all back safely with memories safely tucked away. Thanks Jason and Jo for making it so fun.

Kids birthday parties are so much fun! Love the blue cupcakes. Hard to believe that little guy is already 2 years old.....so glad your grands are close enough for you to enjoy their company frequently.
