Steve and Keanna take a trip

This was an early morning as I was at Steve's this morning about 6:25. We left shortly after for the airport where Steve and Keanna boarded a Southwest flight for Houston and then on to their final destination. Keanna was so excited about going with her daddy to meet relatives. Steve has not had a chance to see his dad for 20 years. I wish them well.

Meanwhile I'll be at Nikki's tomorrow morning at 6:30 to wait for Kallie to wake. Then I'll feed her breakfast and take her to the sitters for the day. Then I'll travel to one of the destinations I have appraisals in, Sonora, Cotati or Walnut Creek. Depends on who calls back with a confirmation.

Today as been good. At noon today I had an appointment with Jim Miller who is a specialist in the area of sport medicine. He worked hard on my neck and shoulders and in the process discovered an area of intense pain and tight muscles. They really worked on the area a lot and he gave me some exercises to do to bring more flexibility to the area. Already the headache is less and the neck can now be turned from side to side. I'll see him again at 2 on Friday for another go around on the painful areas. It was a great visit and I appreciate his efforts.

This afternoon I came home to write and email out an appraisal that was needed. Then the three of us, Marilyn, Lois and me drove to Tracy for the meeting and caught some dinner at Sonic. Our meeting dealt with rules of loving confrontation. Oh that is a tough one for me. I do not enjoy confrontation at all but I can see the point of the evenings meeting. Sylvia does a great job of leading out.

Now I'm sleepy and ready to head to bed. We are having wonderful cool weather.

Early in the morning on Friday Jason and Jo leave for Italy for a few days. I'm so happy for them and I know they will have a tremendous time.

love
