Dear Family and Friends,
Meet Pappa daycare! Tomorrow morning at about 6:30 I'll be at Nikki and Steve's to help Keanna and Kallie get to the sitters and school. Nikki has laid out a very carefully planned schedule as to what happens every 15 minutes after I arrive. It will be interesting and a great adventure for me. After the children are delivered then Marilyn and I drop off the bug for AC work and drive on to Hayward to conduct a condo appraisal, then back to Discovery Bay to pick up Keanna at 2 pm where she will come home with me until Nikki gets home from work. Steve has a great work opportunity for the next two weeks and in times like these one can't pass it up. The week is shaping up well for me with several orders in place and properties to see.
Marilyn and I drove the motorhome up last evening to Jackson and parked at the RV park on the Indian Casino grounds. Marilyn enjoys playing pennys and amazingly ended up winning nearly $400. The RV park was wonderful, just 70 miles from Discovery Bay and very cheap at $27 for full hookups. The park has 100 spaces, grassy lawns, huge clubhouse, huge pool and two spas, full Internet hookups and cable TV with even HBO. I walked the dogs this morning on a trail which surrounds the park. While it was very warm during the day it cooled down nicely last night. Marilyn was nice enough to put gas in the motorhome today, buy breakfast, As this was her last weekend I wanted to do something I knew she would enjoy. When you sign in as guests at the RV park they give you free coupons worth $10 each. Marilyn went on to turn that $10 into hundreds of dollars. While I sat in the spa last night in the cool evening she was over at the casino willing money. I'm very happy for her. They allow smoking and after a bit I could not handle the smoke, my lungs reacted so I took the shuttle back to the RV and got ready for bed. The dogs loved the trip and enjoyed walking at the park.
Now the motorhome is back parked where it lives in the storage yard and I'm gathering things together at my desk for tomorrow. I'm looking forward to cooler weather soon as the heat is not pleasant to cope with at all.

I'm heading down to southern cali to help my mom celebrate her 70th birthday and will see lots of other family, too, so my week will be filled with family and fun. Can't complain that I need to take some work with me because that also means earnings! Have a wonderful week helping with the girls; these are the days they will remember and cherish with their grandpa! I'll be following your blog from simi valley. Take care! Deborah
